You know, I could respond to all those points, but, 80 hours into a 90 hour working week (I can't afford to pay the staff, so I have to do it myself for nothing,) frankly, I don't have the energy, and I'm looking forward to my day off and forgetting about this review... Chris Edit, if you're talking about going yo those chain restaurants where they bulk produce and don't involve a chef (for instance, you can get a remarkably unremarkable vegan pizza at Pizza Express for 18 quid,) then, by all means, please go there in future, and save me the stress...
