I'm sorry this was not explained very well to you. We can not make each side of quinoa to order, we make enough for the day in the morning- just like an Asian restaurant would make a batch of rice for the shift and not a bunch of small batches of rice per order. All of our food is made in house from scratch, including all of our cheeze and seitan. We don't make it per order, but in bulk. If we made each plate from sctach, one at a time, the wait time would exceed two hours per plate. We do not pre make our salads but do pre-make our dressings, again to not do this would be impossible.
