Hi! I’m somewhat new to the area and have gotten Pru Thai several times now. However, I’ve found that the restaurant staff doesn’t fully understand the difference between vegetarian and vegan. We’ve ordered the curry before without fish sauce, only to find out while I was placing our most recent order that they cannot do any of the curries without fish sauce because they are premade. This was extremely disappointing, not only because curry is one of my favorite Thai dishes, but also because that meant they had served us curry with fish sauce, assuring us otherwise, in the past. I guess I’m just wondering, given that they have hurt our trust a bit, what menu items are 100% vegan in your experience!
