Hello elenlee, I am sorry to hear that your experience with us was not satisfactory. We currently have chocolate sorbets or chocolate and hazelnut or coconut and chocolate sorbets, as well as the typical fruit sorbets: mango, lemon, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, mandarin... For us it is very important to have vegan options and although sorbet is the typical vegan option in an ice cream parlour, I don't think there are many ice cream parlours with this variety and even less with chocolate sorbet. On the other hand, the only difference between sorbet and ice cream is that sorbet is water-based and ice cream is dairy-based. In our case, our sorbets have the same creaminess and texture as an ice cream, so we don't think that a sorbet deserves a worse evaluation than an ice cream.
