Hi, thank you for visiting us, we are sorry to read that you didnt really enjoy your first visit.. Our gluten free vegan quiche is usually served cold with various salads, salad pototoes or fries. Some customers, like yourself ask for the quiche to be heated up, we do inform customers that the only way we can heat it up is in a microwave & unfortunatly the gluten free quiche does hold up well, which is why it is looking a bit sorry for its self in the photo you have posted. Hopefully your first experience has not totally put you off & you will give us another visit when you are in the area.
