Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience didn’t match your expectations. As for the food: tastes are known to differ - we're proud that our schnitzel was recently voted Austria's favourite at the 1000things Award and a lot of guests are amazed by our vegan take on goulash. Regarding the service: Unfortunately, one of our team members was unexpectedly absent over the weekend, and another was on holiday - we were only able to organize a temporary replacement, which affected our usual flow. We're truly sorry for the incovenience.
