During the week, our selection is indeed more limited, as I still work full-time as a dietitian. This makes it a bit more challenging to prepare a full range of treats on weekdays. However, we always make sure to have a wide variety available on weekends. Regarding the waffle: I'm sorry it wasn't quite to your liking – we’ll definitely take that feedback on board. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the fruit tea! You’re right about the temperature – when you visited, we had just opened for the day, and in our historic building it takes a little while for the space to warm up.
