We recently came across your review from December 2024 and wanted to address a few things. The vegan muffins, bagels, and croissants we offered were sourced from an outside vendor (like many shops and bakeries) and we never positioned them as part of our dessert line. Our core products—including our vegan and gluten-free cupcakes, cakes, and cheesecakes—were baked fresh in-house every morning. We've built our reputation on quality, and dryness has not been an issue reported by our customers. While we respect your opinion, it’s important to base criticism on facts.
