Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, especially as we put a lot of care and love into creating a warm and conscious environment. When taking over the hotel from the previous owners, we were still in transition, including some items like the coffee creamer. In the meantime, we now offer Oatly in the rooms and serve a 100% vegan breakfast and menu. It’s true that some decorative items like feather cushions or leather elements may still be present — a deliberate choice to avoid unnecessary waste by reusing existing materials, which aligns with our ecological values. We understand this may not fully align with everyone’s definition of a vegan hotel, but we hope for some understanding of our approach. It’s disheartening to read such a strong judgment, but we appreciate your honesty and will continue to do our best with care and integrity. We hope guests can appreciate the eco-friendly and plant-based efforts being made, rather than focusing on minor details.
