Sometimes their English is not that great as it's Thailand and sometimes they don't understand. We will make sure such situation does not happen again. As for the vegetables in the sauce, we have had comments earlier that there was only sauce and no veggies, so we started putting. Sometimes, if there's a lot of orders, the chef may have slipped and made it the regular way. We shall be extra cautious on this. Regarding the 5 Stars rating to get 10%, we were not aware in the beginning. We have covered the message with tape several months ago. If it slipped out, then our apology.
