Our Italian part is Lacto Vegetarian. But certain items we can modify to go without cheese. No egg, fish sauce or oyster or even MSG is used in our restaurant. We want the Non Veg*n to feel they can have food that looks like and taste like meat without harming them. The art of mimicry goes to the level that we use sugar cane as a bone so when you chew, you can feel the sweet crunch blending well with our mock meat from texture soya.
