This spot is label as vegan restaurant, and I take a look of their menu, they don’t sell eggs, usually traditional store like this if they sell eggs it will be like tea bag eggs or water boil white eggs, but it looks like they don’t sell eggs here it’s a fully vegan spot ；right next to it there’s also another vegetarian restraint name 永興素食館 ， this one they do sell eggs
