so sorry that your visit to us was disappointing, you visited us on one of our busiest days ever, over the easter holidays and on a bank holiday weekend, we didn't ignore you, we were serving customers that had been there before you, we are not a fast food establishment, we serve people in order regardless of it being a takeaway or not, i always make a point of saying hello, goodbye and thankyou to all my customers, if you had a problem with the cake you should of brought it back and i would of been more than happy to exchange it for you, we charge £3.50- £3.95 for all our cakes which are made either in house or by local home bakers so our prices are fair and reflect the hours of work that go into them
