Dear Nieve, thanks for taking the time to write. We appreciate your opinion, but it is a part of a seesaw situation for us-some reviewers think our food is too "spicy" while others, like yourself, find it a bit bland. I guess when you are feeding people from all over the world, this is not too surprising.Still, we would love to be able to satisfy all of our guests. Best wishes, Lori
