Hi Michiel Thank you for sharing your experience. We do create everything fresh at that moment farm to table. We farm our own oyster mushrooms and heart of palms to create authentic dishes that are original in Costa Rica and I’m certain other countries in the world. We’ve been told by guests. You must of had the mama Aya burger from Your photo. thank you That is my original recipe 9 ingredients no processed ingredients. Takes 5 days to make it. That’s why it’s not on the menu yet. You can say you got to try the original burger at Mother Earth. The lasagna is also homemade by us as the rest of the menu we offer. We are changing it this month taking the fancy fast food off and adding more exotic dishes such as lions mane and tuna tartare , ceviche etc Please let us know if you are in town again si you may visit and have a better experience.
