Hi, 1) I did not receive a refund - I have asked for one and have not heard back from the person in the email chain. 2) It is quite clearly a bug and not a herb. I enjoyed the food at ZSG but I will not be going back to this store unfortunately. I will also add the first instance of dripping sanitary standards was when I saw a young male worker who wiped his nose with his gloves on, then proceeded to prepare a pita using the same hand/glove.
