Hey Kelsey, I see that you made this review many months ago, so I apologize for responding so late. Im Nathan the owner of Parnters Pizza and I just signed up for Happy Cow to help my vegan eaters in the area. First I want to apologize for the poor communication from my staff, which is a reflection on my training of them on this important dietary need in our community. I want to reassure you that at no time did the cheesy bread you ordered contain any dairy products whatsoever. We don't have butter in the restaurant for the pizza so it is not even possible. We have a soy butter liquid alternative (think movie theater butter) that goes on the base of that item and is dairy free and vegan friendly. They failed to explain the difference and I am sorry about that. We can also make your cheese bread with olive oil, so Im disappointed to hear that they didn't do that for you as well. As for the other order- I take your word that we messed up again and put dairy cheese on the pizza when you requested vegan cheese. I cant do anything but apologize and ask that you would maybe one day try us again. We do have dairy free cheese in stock and we have many dairy free eaters who enjoy our food- but I hate seeing us drop the ball on two orders in a row.
