Hi Katja, Eggs are against our beliefs so are never used in our cooking. What did you have that has dairy in? I am a cook there and would be interested to know because the very few items like lasagne, spinach and feta filos, tahini balls, Baklava and lassi contain dairy, plus focaccia roll and Haloumi roll. Everything else is vegan which is 90% of the food. Thank you and please let me know what you had.
