Hi, Jenny we appreciate your feedback and completely understand your frustration. At the time, it was extremely difficult to find staff, but we didn't want to close completely because we wanted to continue serving the customers we could. While we weren't perfect, we did our best to push through and we made it! We're now under new management and have made big improvements.
