I really don't get why you feel you have to take offense about me asking more about your experience to get the full picture, or worse, accuse me of being friends with the owner when you know absolutely nothing about me. I go there often, I don't know the owners, and FYI knowing anyone wouldn't change a thing in my approach. It's my own priority to make sure I avoid food that isn't vegan, which is why I asked them after reading your review, and they told me they in fact used to serve those brands but no longer do, and that anyone is welcome to have a tour of their kitchen to check for themselves there are no animal products. You said "of course they're going to tell you its all vegan, why would they not want people to give them money?". They owned up to using non-vegan products to you at the time, didn't they? There are few vegan places as it is, and they can do without misinformation. I will be fully appreciative of anyone tipping off when someone is trying to pass anything as vegan, but I will be just as eager to speak up when someone is making and spreading false claims, so I think it's really uncalled for that you say that is what I'm doing. It seems that much aggressiveness and readiness to attack instead of being willing to have a dialogue is why some people avoid vegans, it really doesn't help the cause that a lot of us out there care about. Not everything is a big conspiracy and you don't have to be angry and suspicious about absolutely everyone.
