Hello Ryan, Thanks for your kind words and for sharing your experience at our Cafe. We are very blessed to be able to live and work in such a beautiful location in Koh Phangan, with wide expansive view of the sea and of the mountains all around. We do our best everyday for every guest who walks into our Cafe. We have created a separate section in the kitchen for cooking vegetarian and vegan dishes. Since everything is cooked fresh, we are able to cater to everyone's individual tastes and choices (including any food allergies). We source the freshest supplies and prepare all our dishes with a lot of respect and care. We live onsite in our Guesthouse and we work hard from morning till night to look after all our guests.
