Han, we receive fresh vegetables and stock daily. We do our very best to wash all the vegetables. Is it possible that a little insect somehow remains on the veg? Certainly possible. But we sell thousands of pitas a week and have never received this feedback from anyone but you. It also looked like this ‘bug’ you reported was a herb and you received a refund regardless. Additionally we recently received an Excellent score from council on our sanitation so do not appreciate this kind of online slander.
