Please read the other 18 glowing reviews we have received to understand how we find this review so bizarre and well off-base. "Sorry but all the ingredients were too salty"? So why didn't you say ANYTHING about it on our numerous visits to your seat to ask if everything was okay? Why would anyone eat numerous dishes that made them them feel "salt in [their] mouth for 3-hours after" and not at least comment to the staff? We get regular requests for dish alterations to suit diners' needs (spicier, sweeter, no onions, more mild, gluten-free, etc.) and we do our best to accommodate when given the opportunity to make things right. If you were so miserable, why not say something? And expensive for what was served? Our menu with prices and photographs is available 1) on our street display 2) in our display case out front 3) on the table at the entrance 4) on the menu we present you 5) on other restaurant review sites and 6) on our website. All of it in English, Japanese, and Chinese. Perhaps more than any other restaurant you'll find in Japan (or most anywhere else), we are completely open and transparent about our dishes, ingredients, sizes, prices, and more. In other words, a person would have to ignore all of that information in all of its forms, to still choose to dine with us and be in any way surprised at what they got for the price they paid. We are thankful to all the visitors who have found us through Happy Cow, and we look forward to serving many more who wish to find, "amazing food with vegan options, craft beer, sake...and more!"
