Hi Thank you for your visit and review. Feedback is so important to us as we are always looking to improve. Firstly a great bit of news: we no longer charge extra for non-dairy mylk. We currently have 3 alternative milk options. WiFi - we have free wifi available for customers, not sure if there was an issue on the day you visited. As regards the range of vegan options. We make everything freshly in house and this does limit the range. Whilst these options may not excite you they are super tasty and a freshly prepared with great quality ingredients and without additives. We take great pride in the coffee we serve and most feedback is very positive. Maybe something went wrong with yours but I'm sure we could've fixed it given the chance.
