Are you sure you aren't a friend of the owner that's lying to customers? cause those don't say vegan anywhere on them which is very clear in the photo and the company themselves has also admitted that they are not vegan, this is why other restaurants have removed them. Its a known fact that GUD and Boulder are not vegan, they're possibly owned by a dairy company as well, its easy to find photos of them together with Bove. The waitress actually spoke perfect english. Of course they're going to tell you its all vegan, why would they not want people to give them money? You should stop spreading falsehoods
