They use half and half in all curries!!! I just received a call from them last night after ordering Green curry tofu takeout. I specified “no animal products” and they called me immediately to let me know all of their curries are pre-made with half and half. If you’re vegan you’ll have to do a different dish. They said they can do pad thai and Pad Kee Mao fully vegan.
