Hi, thanks for the great review. Just to let you know, we do the Buckwheat (Pink Pancakes) at breakfast all the time, you may have called in after 12 when we switch from breakfast to lunch. You can always chance asking for them after 12 and if we are not too busy with lunch orders we would do them for you. Best wishes, Steve
