Hi there, I'm extremely disappointed to see you've replied in such a childish manner as you are representing your business. I don't understand why you're asking us to contact you privately when we tried to speak to your staff privately after we had intentionally been given false information, but our concerns were dismissed. When I review businesses or give my opinions in person, I always try to be empathetic and consider what would be helpful. If a member of my staff had intentionally provided false information to a customer and this put them at a serious health risk, I would take it very seriously and would never jeopardise my business in such a manner as to dismiss the concerns of the customer. Someone with a serious allergy or a pregnant woman who didn't question what they were told, could consume your food based on the misleading information given and could get seriously ill. I am an intelligent, compassionate and genuine person. I have never been hateful or deceitful and have been honest in my reviews. I have never slandered a business nor have I been rude and called people names or used profanity. The whole point of a review system is so honest and genuine experiences can be documented and people can make informed decisions on what places they would like to try, knowing that a reviewer genuinely liked it or genuinely did not like it for 'x' reason. If I were to offer you some constructive advice as a business, it would be to always provide honest information to customers when asked and to always take their concerns seriously. I wish you the best as a business and hope you can take my concerns on board this time.
