Ryan, we are so sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience here with us. There are currently 6 wines in house that we can guarantee are vegan as the winemakers have guaranteed they are vegan. These are the only wines that we recommend to our guests who only want vegan wines. As the owners (and only employees), we stand behind every recommendation. The crostini served with our platters are made by a local, artisan bakery and are VERY crunchy but had you told us that you didn't enjoy them, we would have switched them out with our locally made vegan crackers. Our goals is to provide the best possible experience for every guest and we are actively working with each of the winemakers we represent to gather as much accurate information on their process as we possibly can.
