Hey Antonia, Thanx for the response, good to see restauranteers taking note of HC! I enjoyed the trashyness. Is there a reason why the menu does not state clearly what is vegan and what isn't? Please forgive the scepticism about the taziki but I have often been directed to food with dairy in and told it is vegan in Croatia (and other places). Great to know yours is soya based, next time, I'll try it out. cheers Jon
