Dear Jess, first of all we are sorry you did not have a pleasant experience with us and we invite you to send us an email at ciao@26kg.es. We will make it up for you. We would like to be specific about your comments. When you arrived at 26kg we were full and we only had the table we offered you. Even if we are sorry you did not like that option we had no alternative. Later the couple that was sitting behind you asked us if they could move and we agreed. We did not offer it to them, it was their initiative. Also during the night we asked you at least in a couple of occasions how you were going and you always gave us positive feedback. Finally we take on board your feedback on the plates (and the feedback of other clients) and even if we don't have much space for washing we will be changing our cutlery and we will be using re-usable one. We think you could simply have expressed your dissatisfaction with us and we would have helped you.
