Hello Livia, I'm sorry you couldn't contact us. We have all of our contact information available and we didn't receive any message from you, though I just checked and Instagram had by-default selected not to have message requests (which we've always had, until this last update). Unfortunately, we were not available on the island by the time you visited us, we're saddened by this and apologize about the situation.
