Dear Maire20, thank you very much for your visit and overview. For us is very important that you have noticed that the food is homemade and we work on km 0 philosophy. The "meat" we provide, we only use that term for new people, but our real thing is that we offer seitan (vegan food,insteadof vegan meat); as you well remark, there are other things which really seem "real" meat.
