I wrote to corporate about a similar issue with this location a while back and they were quite responsive. Would recommend everyone who agrees do this. Can do online or via email: Ike's Customer Service via customerservice at loveandsandwiches dot com Ike's is generally great and it would be nice if this one was run better.
