Hi Eva, It was easy yes. But I have to add: I don't have a Coeliac disease. I needed to test a gluten intolerance, but by now I know I don't have that as well. So I can't say for 100% sure it was completely gluten free. What I was certain about is that none of the ingredients on my plate contained any gluten.
