The whole menu is not vegan. It was previously but new management has added dairy to the menu “[d]ue to a lack of support from the vegan community.” Being vegan is not a commercial decision. If a business can make the decision to sell dairy or not based on demand it is simply “plant-based” to profit from the vegan dollar.
