Im so sorry that happened to you. I wish you and your family well. This owner has not learned from his past. My friends had a similar experience as you. Granted they did not have a medical concern with a loved one. However, their pet is a part of their family. It’s sad that people especially business owners who can really make a difference with their interactions are hatful and rude.
