Hi there, We are really sorry if you had a bad experience with a staff member and this is something we will defiantly be looking into, so thank you for bringing this to our attention. In regards to the change of menu and prices, all we are trying to do is improve the quality of our food in order to provide an authentic Italian experience to the vegan community. Good food takes time to prepare, and we try to source only the finest ingredients from Italy which unfortunately costs (Brexit didn't help matters either!)
