Next time you're visiting, you may want to try Vege Bistro (https://www.happycow.net/reviews/vege-bistro-warsaw-58057). I've been there more times than I can count, and I have yet to see anyone in there without a smile or enthusiasm. I'm really sorry that's the impression we made on you. But I have to agree, it's difficult to find a veg place with friendly staff and it never really ceases to surprise me.
