Thanks for the update but are you sure this is correct. The buffet food is all vegan but the a la carte menu they always sold eggs upon request. Are you sure they have stopped doing this? They also sold goats milk in the fridge. Are you sure they have stopped doing this also? I will try to find out myself as soon as I can. I will be very happy if they have, but they hadn't when I was there a week or so ago...
