There's lots of things that occur normally in different parts of this world (e.g. eating meat). That doesn't mean such activities should be accepted and defended instead of aspiring to something more beneficial. 2) "Not realistic to expect such stall to have ingredients clearly stated on the menu.". Why not? It's hardly beyond the wit of humanity. 3) I hope its OK to politely enquire, given your determination to support poor service standards at this venue, are the management of this venue friends of yours? Have you alternatively considered the benefits of: a) consumer empowerment through accurate menu info b) feedback in reviews in a vector to elevate service standards
