Good day, Apologies if the non-profit fee seemed vague, as that is not our intention at all. There is a description at the top of the menu, it's the very first thing you see and must read to scroll down to the food items and cocktails. It's also at the bottom of the menu. It is also on the receipt dropped off to you before you payment, as well as on the credit card receipt. In addition, there is a description on our website. There is nothing hidden and we have exercised full transparency in regard to this. We are also more than happy to remove the fee upon request as we understand not everyone wants to contribute. We have always had paper menus upon request as well - we know that some people don't have access to wifi on their phones or that the visibility can sometimes be an issue. We are empathetic to this and are always happy to provide a paper menu. Lastly, guests can always request to be seated in some of the better lit areas as well! We understand that the lighting is low and all of it is adjustable. I hope this clears some things up and we sincerely look forward to you visiting again! Happy Holidays to you and your family!
