Oh!! Ptoperosa, I am so sorry to know about your experience. But I think you picked up a wrong menu item. Cheese chilly toasty as the name suggests cannot be vegan. Also please note: We are a vegetarian cafe, but we don't claim we are Vegan only! We are very happy to make changes wherever possible for our Vegan customers any day provided they inform us about their dietary requirements. :) Also we have had so many customers who do ask us for vegan options and end up deciding to eat egg omelettes and toasty which has cheese. So it's really hard for us to know if you are after vegan only. Also the concept of vegan is growing so it's always so nice to educate people and let them know the difference between dairy cheese and vegan cheese. We do not have vegan cheese, but certainly it's on our list.
