Almost the same thing happened to me. We once called a week in advance for a reservation and then got there after driving for 90 minutes just to find it closed because the cook was ill. We even ordered a special desert since it was a vegan birthday party. Wehen the reservation was made they even wrote down our phone number to contact us if anything happened. Even though the waiter/waitress was always friendly the organisation is just whack and at the end you actually do pay quite a price for almost an hour waiting for your food. :/ I've tried the place three times now and it was never a great experience.
