I completely understand. We use Happy Cow all the time when we're away and depend on it when we make decisions on where to eat. We always have a cool/heat bag due to plant milk in the hotel and if we'd known the set-up, would have brought the bag with us and taken the food back to the hotel. I wrote the review with other travellers in mind! Because if we were in Cambridge again we'd absolutely want more of the lovely Witchy food! We'd just take it away rather than eat in and hoped the review would help whoever read it. Keep doing your wonderful takeaway!
