Hi thank you for enjoying our food. Unfortunately, what is easily solvable for you is not at all. I don't have enough customers to ask the pub to pay staff to serve beers and I can't as I don't have a licence. I don't have money to hire staff. And I don't keep the music on because I'm alone in the building and I'm afraid of bad intentions coming in. The silence makes me feel safer. Even by writing these problems I really have no way to solve them and since I generally see that customers can't go beyond the only thing I have left to do is close. Unfortunately, the habit of chains has accustomed people to mediocre food and to having basic comforts. Making the efforts I make and the food capacity I know how to create completely useless. I will never have a restaurant like this so it's better to close. The final closing day is January 1st and we are on all the delivery apps if you still want to eat our food.
