Hi I am sorry for your disappointing visit to Oats, thank you for taking the time to put some points across. I can understand how you felt given you were expecting the cafe as it was when all the other reviews were written. We have had a change about although the service should still be as good as ever and I can only apologise (not sure who was serving at the time) and suggest this was clearly a bad time and not the norm and we will take note of your experience. We have indeed had many satisfied customers since so we feel this is unusual but valuable feedback non the less. Sadly we had to close the cafe as it was (not long before your visit) and are endeavoring to offer some light bites suitable for vegetarians and vegans, such as sandwiches & soup, all home made, organic and fairly priced, aiming mainly at the take out market. We do indeed recommend The curious Kitchen to people wishing for a fuller menu and greater seating options, happily your experience there was satisfactory.
