Hello. I’m sorry you left us disappointed that we don’t provide a full English on a daily basis. It’s not reasonable for you to expect us to “serve each and every customers request” - we’ve got plenty of choice on our menu, and all of our menus are published online… It takes a lot of effort to make a decent full English, so much so that we can’t do it every day - we know this because we’ve tried ! We make our sausages, baked beans and tofu scramble from scratch. That’s why it’s only served on a Saturday brunch. The two chefs you saw chatting in the kitchen, well - they’ll be busy prepping for all of our menus, to prepare food from scratch takes time and effort. They’re chatting because they are human beings enjoying each others company…
