We had the same issue. A hotel of this standard really has no veg options. The veg stuff was fried with non veg food so it defeated the purpose of veg. The cheese contained animal rennet even in veg options. Only options were salad which was not what you want after a cold day out on the lake. The breakfast had more veg options but cant make it for lunch or dinner and they were not willing to make anything custom.
