Thanks for your feedback. We are glad to hear you loved our garden, and our food. As you may know Café Nullpunkt is certified organic. All our produces comes from organic farms, and this quality of ingredients is simply more costly than what you would find in other restaurants that do not maintain such high standards. We supply free wifi, but are unable to supply technical support for our guests and their individually configured devices. As our cafe is connected to the same internet connection, if it is working for our devices, then our staff assumes that the issue is on the guest's device. I apologise if our staff did not explain this to you clearly at the time.
